Four years ago, I thought about doing an exchange on the first home Id ever purchased. At that point, it had been a rental for several years. I looked for brokerages that had experience with 1031 exchanges and was connected with Jason Croswell. After speaking with him at length, I realized I still wasnt quite ready to let it go. He made all the arrangements for repairs that were needed and handled the entire logistic process. He even offered to negotiate with my insurance agency when the quote came back seemingly high! He is proactive and goes above and beyond to be helpful!Ive never purchased a home without seeing it physically, nor did I think I ever would, but Jason gained my trust, and I had such confidence in him, that I knew I was in the best hands and could rely on him to be my eyes.
