Jason and team exceeded all expectations for selling our first home. The photos and listing were fantastic and helped our home stand out. He worked hard to find buyers and got us under contract in just a few weeks at a great price during a challenging market. Once under contract, the inspection revealed the need for a new roof among other repairs, and Jasons negotiation skills shined in getting us a deal that we were very pleased with, given the circumstances. From there, he professionally handled the remaining tasks through closing, even as surprise repair requests and other obstacles came up. Bitsie helped us buy our house and was great from the get go! Unbelievably great job as usual. Ryan set the price right and recommended some staging and de-cluttering. We did exactly as he advised and Ryan produced an offer for us after only 4 hours of open-housing the first full day we were on the market. Alyssa and the rest of the Crittenden Team did an amazing job behind the scenes and we closed 32 days after the listing was opened. This, at a time when four other sellers with very similar houses within two blocks of us sat on the market for 45+ days and have either removed their listing or reduced their prices and are still sitting on the market. One listing reduced by $90k and failed to sell. Another listing reduced by $45k and is still on the market.
