Jason treated my wife and I fairly, while advancing the cause of his sellers as well. Jason was kind and caring, and did everything he could to get us our home within a realistic budget. He was more than a sales person, he is very likeable and became a friend through th process. We came to the area trying to use a buying agent, and while everyone was very friendly, due to a hot market, they didnt seem to care about us finding a home in my home state. Jason cared and got us throught the process unscathed. Great guy. Due to dual agency, we could not comment on negotiation, but the rest 5 stars for sure!
