I cannot recommend Jason Boice highly enough, particularly as a first-time home buyer! My fiancA(C)e and I had a unique situation in house hunting; we lived in Oregon and were specifically looking for a house in Eastern Connecticut. My partner can't fly, and driving cross-country and back is not cheap, so virtual tours were our best bet. We were concerned this would be a hassle but Jason made the whole experience so easy! He focused on our needs and wants, he was patient with us while we chose houses to view, and he was always quick to respond to our questions, despite the time difference and our schedules sometimes conflicting with his.
