ZillowVERIFIEDI have been working with Jason for the past year and my house was closed early this month. Jason is wonderful to work with, calm, patient, thorough, and very informative. Never push. The most important quality, in my opinion, is he is always available. We probably looked 20 houses together, and for the last house I kind of got into a bidding war with several offers. I had to contact Jason constantly just for not losing our position on the list of offers, weekends, early mornings... Jason was on top of it and answered every call, provided all documents in timely manner. I truly appreciate what Jason had done for me. I will definitely want to work with him again, or recommend him to my friends.

You do not have to physically be in the city where you purchase. An agent can take live or recorded walkthrough videos with you if necessary. Once you go under contract, a great inspector can really help you make an educated decision during your option period. All documents can be signed digitally and a mobile notary can always be arranged to meet you anywhere in the world for the closing paperwork.
