I have been working with Jason for the past year and my house was closed early this month. Jason is wonderful to work with, calm, patient, thorough, and very informative. Never push. The most important quality, in my opinion, is he is always available. We probably looked 20 houses together, and for the last house I kind of got into a bidding war with several offers. I had to contact Jason constantly just for not losing our position on the list of offers, weekends, early mornings... I was in the market to buy my first house as luck would have it I ended up speaking with Jason. Some of what I liked most about Jason was how he seemed to be there for me whenever I had questions or whenever there was a house I wanted to see, I know he has other people he's working with so that really stuck out for me.
