The Berns team recently helped me sell my home at a good price despite several unforeseeable issues. Their diligence in providing the best service to their clients and their maturity in handling challenges were quite impressive. We initially believed that our case was straightforward due to the property's good location and condition, along with the Berns team's excellent staging. However, we encountered unexpected setbacks, such as the surprising personal reasons that led the first buyer to walk away at the last minute, as well as the prolonged rainy seasons in California. Throughout the entire process, the Berns team consistently provided me with reasonable suggestions in a confident manner. In my opinion, these attributes are truly valuable in real estate agents. My parents house in San Marino sold during their 6 Day Blitz with no contingencies and over 18% asking price. So what is the Berns difference, you ask? Their professionalism stands out in so many ways. Jason and Laura freely gave advises as to how to best prepare the house for sale. By the way, their recommendations were spot on. They set up appointments with vendors to come and give quotes for painting and refinishing floors. Anything that I could use assistance in, they were willing to help before we even decided on having them represent us.Ive had special requests in accommodating my aging parents and they went out of their way to do so.
