Jason was not pushy like the other realtors that call all times of the day and night. Jason would call us ones a month too see of we were ready to sell. We called him when we were and set up an appointment. Jason explained to us his style and asked us what we thought the house was worth. He showed us the comps in the area, explained to us what he thought it was worth and what he thought we should list it for.
