ZillowVERIFIEDFirst of all, we attempted to FSBO with little knowledge and trust in the process. Cody happened to see our listing and without hesitation got ahold of us. I was hesitant as I had many realtors call me and offer to help. Sad part is most realtors know it's a short sale and care little for the customer. Not Cody. He was very upfront and offered us a discount and even to help us find a temporary place to stay. Many would see the opportunity, sell the property, and not even say goodbye. He listened to us and understood we wanted the maximum amount to be able to afford our next home. His confidence was through the roof, he stated he would sell our home in less than a week and at our asking price. Well that is what he did, but not a week but 24 hours and not for our asking price, but 10k above it. Can't be more satisfied as I am an upfront type of person and that's what we need as sellers. We made an offer on one house, but the inspection came back with a lot of issues so we didn't get it. After we went back home I kept looking at houses on line and he was willing to do FaceTime walk throughs for us. He also took our son to look at two houses and we did buy one of them.
