My husband and I recently moved from NY to PA. Not knowing areas, towns, or even people, we went to a website that aEUR~assigned us a realtor. We could not have gotten any luckier! Jason is amazing! He was so patient and understanding while working with us. Due to the insane market, we found it easier to build a house. Jason helped us every step of the way. He happily fielded phone calls, texts and emails all hours of the day and night. Since we were from out of town, he even went to the lot in which we were interested, and face timed my husband and I so we could see the place!! He was our eyes and ears while we were 300 miles away. He was (and still is) our advocate with the builders real estate agent, helped us with the mortgage process and insurance agencies. Jason did a wonderful job in finding us a house, even though we lived out of state. He did several very comprehensive video tours which gave us a good idea of what a house was really like. This saved us a lot of time. When we came down to look at houses, he was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He helped us find a home in the neighborhood that we wanted and negotiations went very smoothly. He recommended a home inspector, a mortgage company and someone to help with a few projects for our new home that we have been very pleased with. We are very happy to have found him. This is the 5th house we've bought and the best experience we've had with an agent.
