Jason Asa

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. After graduating high school, I went to college on a basketball scholarship at Dominican College. I have lived in Orlando for over 13 years and have built my Real Estate business since. My life has been defined by diversity and challenges that I have risen up to. Growing up, my grandfather was my idol and my first mentor. He taught me about hard work and the successes that one can gain from it. I received my Real Estate license in 2005 and immediately got to work building my business across Central Florida, such that in 2009 and 2010 I was chosen to be part of Orlando Real Estate's Hot 100. Unlike other Realtors, I control the transaction, whether I am working on a Multi-Million Dollar Listing or a home in the 200's. My expertise varies from all parts involved in best listing and marketing homes for the highest resale value to mortgages and financing options allows my buying clients the reassurance that all options have been considered. I am a believer in continuing education; every day is an opportunity to learn and grow from experience and the people around you. Throughout my life, I have actively sought out mentors and have recently worked with John C. Maxwell and Tom Ferry. I have had the luxury to be trained by the best and network with other Top Industry Peers. I spent the majority of my Real Estate career with Exit Realty and RE/MAX but have recently joined the Keller Williams team after becoming highly impressed with their values. I am now marketing and growing my business globally through the KW brand, which is number one in the world. In my spare time, I like to play basketball in my church league, golf with my daughter, watch college football and fish off my dock on Lake Conway. God has blessed me with a strong support system of friends and family which is emphasized with unconditional love of my four children.
