Jason was a breath of fresh air and a dramatic change from our original agent. His use of social media was a huge. The virtual staging and the drone video showing the 1/3 mile driveway and 5 acres of land was beautiful! His video walking tour was great, showing many features of the house, which may not have come across as well in photos! Whether you are purchasing your first home, upgrading to a larger space or downsizing, the home buying and selling process can be an emotional roller coaster. We toured multiple homes before we found our home and Jason pointed out the potential issues and concerns within each one, such as one homes poor DIY electrical wiring jobs. On the contrary, we are happy to have found our home but have mixed emotions about no longer house hunting with Jason. My wife and I are from Manhattan and worked with Jason in finding and securing our weekend dream home in CT! What we mostly appreciate about Jason is that he immediately understood what we wanted and when we looked at various houses, we were all on the same page (whether it was for or against). When we walked houses and discussed renovations, his experience proved especially helpful when helping us understand the reality of the scope of any work (e.g. the complexity with potentially gutting a bathroom) and ball parking costs.
