Jase Pater

Born and raised in Southwest Minnesota, I began working in the real estate industry in 2015 as an intern for Real Estate Retrievers (now RE/MAX Premier Realty). At this time, I was still attending college at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in Winona, MN, where I double majored in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship and minored in Electronic Publishing, while also running Cross Country and Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field for the Cardinals. After graduating in 2016, I returned to the area and to RE/MAX Premier Realty to work as the Office Manager and Communications Specialist. During this time, my interest in real estate and the community grew, leading me to a Graduate School Program for Community Development through Kansas State University and will graduate in December 2019. With over 3 years of experience in the real estate industry and extensive knowledge of both the industry and area, I decided to became a licensed real estate agent. As an agent, I understand that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client's life and I view representation and guidance of my clients through this process as a true privilege. I am dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the perfect fit for my clientele. My devotion and unparalleled customer service makes me stand out among the crowd. Passionate to my craft, I continuously seek to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and trends, using state of the art technology, and social media. When I am not previewing properties and helping clients find their dream home, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, searching for the next piece of furniture I can transform into something new. I also am a "retired" runner with hopes to someday return to the sport I grew up doing that taught me numerous valuable life lessons.
