I was referred to Jarrod by my lender since I was having some doubts about my former agent having my best interests at heart. At first I had my doubts even after hearing my lendor rave about him. I just had such a negative experience before, that I wasnt sure how much different it really could be. I was very wrong. After hanging up the phone after our first conversation, I knew I was matched with the right agent. I already had a house in mind and he did some research on it along with some other houses that I was interested in and helped to steer me in the right direction by helping me to consider issues like school district, infrastructure for the area, flood insurance, and resale value. He even went as far as to search the market to see if there was a house better than the one I had my eye on possibly at a better price, etc. His research, experience, and insight really made me feel comfortable that I was picking the right house for my situation and made me feel confident that when I am ready to sell, that my house wont be another one of those sitting on Zillow for months on end. I never felt pressured to purchase one home over another and was presented with facts and reliable information with which I was able to make the best choice. He offered his opinion and expertise but was in no way aEURoepushyaEUR?. He told me that the most important thing is that I be happy with my purchase. We encountered a few hiccups after the inspection with the repairs, and his help was invaluable. After closing, I had an issue with the new water heater and he was on top of having it repaired along with the timer for the dryer. The bottom line here is that Jarrod took care of me the entire time and had my best interests in mind. He was able to negotiate a great deal for me and was 150% on top of everything before, during, and even AFTER the purchase. I dont think there are many realtors willing to put in that kind of work. Communication with him was clear and great. He was very easy to get in touch with any time I had a question, although there were not many that came up because he talked through everything with me and had me prepared, even going as far as to make after hours e-mails and calls. I could not ask for anything more. He went aboveand beyond and exceeded all expectations and I would not recommend any other realtor over him. I can assure you Ill be giving him a call when its time to sell and buy again.
