I was introduced to Blacksburg by my wife, Shannon, who is a Virginia Tech graduate. We are fortunate enough to live and raise our daughter and son in the beautiful New River Valley. Jared is not only a great relator, he is also a wonderful person. He worked very, very hard to find exactly the type of place that was our number one choice. He kept on top of the listings and the listings to be and would notify me right away. He always answered my calls right away, many times in the late evenings and weekends. He did a lot of extra things that are not normally part of the standard realtor's job description. This going above and beyond was extremely helpful to me. Jared has continued to assist me with some extra help on the property even after the closing. For instance, I was not in town and Jared has gone over to let in the cleaning professionals and take in the house the furniture that was delivered. I am very grateful. I highly, highly recommend Jared to anyone buying or selling a property.

Jared is such an amazing and caring real estate agent. I honestly can't tell you how many homes we toured with Jared but he stuck with us until we found the one. Joe and his associate, Jared Moore, recently helped us with the purchase of a house in Christiansburg. Both of them were friendly, professional, and responsive. They gave us good market insight and helped us negotiate several issues. When a couple problems arose, they were quickly available and took care of the issue promptly.
