I was introduced to Blacksburg by my wife, Shannon, who is a Virginia Tech graduate. We are fortunate enough to live and raise our daughter and son in the beautiful New River Valley. I recently had the privilege of assisting a growing family in selling their home above asking price while also securing a fantastic deal on their new, more spacious property. By strategically navigating the market, I ensured they not only maximized their profits but also found a home that perfectly accommodates their expanding family's needs. Witnessing their satisfaction and newfound space has been immensely rewarding.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
"Prior to diving into real estate, I honed my skills in car sales. Interestingly, one of my frequent clients, who happens to own three prominent brokerages in California, saw potential in me and encouraged me to transition into real estate. Grateful for his persistent encouragement, I seized the opportunity and made the leap. His support and belief in my abilities have been instrumental in my journey, and I'm thankful for the push that propelled me into this fulfilling career."
