When it comes to buying or selling real estate in the Berkshires, Jared Kelly is nothing short of a singularly indispensible resource. My wife and I met Jared over a year ago when we were in the midst of our search for a house in the Southern Berkshires. While we had met a number of brokers along the way prior to Jared, Jared stood out immediately as being extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, honest/trustworthy and easy to work with. While Jared always did what he could to keep us informed about the market and new listings during the year + of our search, he never once tried to pressure us or convince us to lower our expectations so that he could simply close a deal and move on. We felt guided and protected throughout the entire process and when we finally made an offer and engaged in a transaction, Jared was always available and responsive when we had questions or needed advice or recommendations to trusted providers. He is also quite detail oriented and strategic, which we found to be invaluable throughout the process.
