When trying to buy a home make sure you are working with an agent you know, like and trust. The agents main goal should be to help you and educate you about the process.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
When trying to sell your home using multiple marketing strategies can increase the amount of traffic that comes to see your place. The more people that come the higher chance of an offer.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with local residents on Oahu as well as clients from the continental US. In addition there have also been a few foreign clients from other countries. Hawaii is a very popular place.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A recent transaction of mine was with a client who bought a condo with the intention to fix it up. The process went very smoothly. We toured the place once, wrote up the offer, and ours got accepted. Sellers was happy with the price and we were happy with the property.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate because I knew that I would want to buy a house or property in the future. So why not learn the ins-and-outs of the niche by becoming an agent. Real estate has been eye opening because all this information is important and I'm glad I got started.
