Jannay and her team are amazing. We sold our existing home and bought a new one at the same time. And everything was great starting with Jannay, she is professional, yet personable. She answered all my endless questions within an hour or two and made sure we understood every step of the process. I never had to wait for an answer. My house was on the market two days when the first offer came in. On the fourth day, two more came in, and on the fifth we had chosen our buyer and entered into contract for a little more than our target asking price. In addition to Jannay, we have to thank her team and partners: Don Webber for sharing his knowledge and experience, Pete Schroeder for managing the open house, Michelle Brenner for handling the crazy amount of documents, and Travis Turner for the wonderful photography.
