When I returned to Maine to perform most of this work, Janna was exceptionally helpful recommending home improvement actions, paint colors, and contractors. Her suggestion of preinspection was particularly beneficial. Janna was easy to work with; she provided suggestions and opinions but never insisted we take a particular course of action. She was committed and ready to work with us from the beginning and did not stop working until we closed. In fact, when an HVAC issue cropped up at the last minute, she convinced the buyers to trust our assurance we would get the issue fixed (which it was) and proceed with closing as scheduled!
