I live, work and play in the Beautiful White Mountains of Arizona! I live year round in the town of Show Low and my family has been on this mountain for more than 60 years. I love that we see all 4 seasons up here. We are a small town and all that that has to offer. With over 40 lakes and hundreds of trails there is always something to do. We have a casino and a ski lodge with beautiful views. Are you looking more off grid? YES we have that too! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure your finances are in order. Have job stability an as little debt as possible. Start with a lender and get pre-approved or know where you need to focus to get pre-approved.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Declutter, depersonalize.... have realistic ideas of what your home is worth. ( that's where an agent comes in )
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients! Land buyers, first time home buyers, VA Buyers and many many sellers.
There are so many options an programs to work with and I will work with all of them.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I love all my transactions! Everyone is different as are all the buyers and sellers.
I love giving the keys an taking pictures with my new buyers. I love giving the clear to close to my sellers!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I retired from the auto industry as a comptroller to take care of my 100% Vietnam Veteran disabled husband. I started in Texas in 2016 and after my husband passed in 2018 I moved back to the White Mountains to be closer to family. I decide to move forward and get my AZ license and Covid hit. Decided to move forward in 2022 and here I am.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Living in an area where wells, septic and solar are a big part of our community I have learned so much, I believe that I am an asset to buyers and sellers who are looking for more of an off grid type setting.
I am a military family ( my granddaughter is currently in the Navy ) my husband was a Vietnam Vet. I refinanced my personal home through a VA loan so that I completely understand the process.
I have also taken on clients that are first time buyer's trying to use the USDA Direct system which is also a learning process.
I try to go over above and beyond for my clients!
