The town we sold in is her hometown so she had good knowledge of the town and we know a lot of the same people Two others told me they were on vacation and I needed to contact them in two weeks. Janine has everything down to a science, from getting the listing setup to getting professional pictures of the home taken. The home was listed on a Thursday and by Monday we had multiple offers, one of which we accepted.
