Check for the lower interest rates and lower closing costs and also see who has the loan that best suits your needs!

The best way to increase value is to paint the home if needed, a nice pleasant neutral color is always a good choice. Do consider hiring a person to "deep clean" the home for a fresh appearance. Also, get rid of old or discolored drapery! Clean the windows if they have not been clean in a while. Get a professional real estate agent to walk through the home and give you advice on a one to one basis to get the best suggestions on the appearance of the home so buyers get a good first impression. Make sure to replace any light bulbs not working. Clean the air filter and edge that driveway for a clean curb appeal. Do use a professional agent to sell the home, you will net more money and it will take all the work and liability off of you!
