It is with great pleasure I write this review for my Real Estate Professional Janine Acquafredda. I can't begin to heap the praise she deserves in the space provided as to what an AMAZING Realtor she is.Originally, I tried to sell my Co-Op with a local realtor, who while a very nice person, simply wasn't able to get the job done. With time ticking and my partner & I's desire to sell the unit & move on with our life OUT of N.Y. we were referred to Janine through a realtor we were working with in an area we were looking down south yonder with, & it turned out to be an EXCELLECT referral.Janine not only made herself available to meet with us immediately, but she took charge of the situation & laid down the realistic expectation of what action items needed to be taken in order to seriously list our unit, and put together a marketing plan which we agreed to and she adhered to. We had received an offer on our place within weeks, & through no fault of Janine's, after signing a contract - it turned out the buyer pulled out of the deal due to his finding out his girlfriend was pregnant, and they felt a one bedroom apartment wouldn't suit their future needs, but like a TRUE CHAMP, Janine didn't let that hiccup deter her from her end game.Within less than a week, Janine had a new prospect who was interested in our unit, and ready to show our place once again, and that prospect turned into the purchaser of our Co-Op unit, which we closed on several weeks after signing the contract with the buyer.Janine had professional photo's of the apartment taken by a professional photographer, and being a Co-Op specialist, understood there was more to listing an apartment than simply placing the unit on the MLS raster, and sitting around around for a few hours on the weekend hoping someone would show up for an "Open House"More importantly, Janine didn't waste our time by bringing non-qualified prospects by to view our unit, rather - she pre-qualified potential buyers whom she brought by for a viewing, and quite honestly: If we had maybe five or six viewings until we achieved the sale of our unit (counting the first buyer who pulled out of the contract) that would be the the amount of visitors we had showing up to view the unit.Janine's professional demeanor and "Take Charge" attitude, with everything from crafting the copy for the listing, ensuring professional photographs and video were utilized to spotlight the highlights of the unit being sold, and working collectively with the buyer and ourselves, to ensure the required Purchase Application was properly and thoroughly filled out simply underscored Janine's commitment to the process, and she even tirelessly worked on a holiday weekend and availed herself to answering questions and driving out to meet us the day after the July 4th weekend prior to the final "Walkthrough"As I stated above, I can't sing Janine's praises enough when it comes to the level of Professionalism & Expertise she possesses when it comes to getting the job done & achieving the desired end result, be it for the seller as well as the buyer. If your thinking about working with Janine, I can honestly assure you that you are in quite capable & competent hands.
