Toby Baird is, simply put, an incredible realtor. I had the gargantuan task of trying to get my childhood house on the market. It had been lived in by my parents and myself for 31 years, so there were a lot of moving parts to contend with. After we had an estate sale to take care of just about everything that was left that we no longer wanted, Toby got to work and did a great job. The crawl space wasn't even touched by the estate sale people, which I totally understood, but Toby and his handyman took care of everything themselves. So it's clear to me he's a guy who's willing to get his hands dirty to help out his clients. He also was willing to keep my folks old car in his driveway until I got it sold and personally paid for a deep cleaning so that we wouldn't lose more of our earnings to closing costs. Toby is absolutely worth his commission and more. If you have a home you're trying to sell in Tahoe, he should absolutely be your guy. I couldn't be happier with how well he kept me in the loop with absolutely everything and his patience with the sensitive situation my parents are going through.
