Janice Lawrence

Janice Lawrence graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. Janice immediately began a successful career in Commercial Architectural and Interior Design based in Texas focusing on the Banking industry. After completing several corporate financial Interior Design Projects, she landed the Design Director position at SW Interior Contracting in Oklahoma City. Janice was instrumental in securing and implementing several financial design projects across the U.S. including Midland Mortgage, Metropolitan Life and MidFirst Banks. Capitalizing on the growth in Arizona Janice accepted a Sr. Account Management position with Facilitec Interiors for Business in Phoenix specializing in Sales, Design and Project Management for financial accounts nationally. As Senior Account Manager, Janice and her team were instrumental in securing and managing the "exclusive" contract for Bank One expansion in the Western Region for over 12 years. She was also the lead in securing the Maricopa County and The State of Arizona contracts. During her career at Facilitec Janice earned numerous "Sales Person of the Year" awards, as well as many sales record awards with Haworth and SMED Manufacturers. After living in the Valley of the Sun for 17 years, Janice joined RE/MAX Alliance in 2005. Her degree in Interior Design and a well-rounded background in construction have proved to be the perfect fit. Her clients are always amazed at her depth of knowledge in "All Things Housing" and rest assured knowing Janice is their advocate.
