As a first time home buyer, Janice was a joy to work with! She was incredibly responsive to both email and text, and very good at explaining each part of the process as it arose. During our visits to houses we were looking at, she was consistent about COVID safety protocols and also thorough about talking us through the downsides and upsides to each property. The fact that we are an unconventional family never phased her, or any of the people she recommended we work with. Janice helped us sell our home when we relocated. Prior to the move we met to potentially talk about selling the house. She gave us ideas on how to make the house more inviting.
