ZillowVERIFIEDJanice Johnson is the best realtor I have ever met! She is dependable, honest, and sincere. You will be glad that you chose her for your realtor you might even want to call her 'friend.' This was my sixth home purchase (I'm that old..) but the first time that I have bought a house in another state. Kentucky is 500 miles away so Janice had to be my proxy for each home that I wanted her to looked at virtually. The pandemic and the distance made it a difficult process, and I was not the greatest client. Janice never gave up on me, though, and she helped me to find a great home in a wonderful neighborhood, just 10 minutes and 5 miles from my grandchildren instead of 10 hours and 500 miles.
