This was my sixth home purchase (I'm that old..) but the first time that I have bought a house in another state. Kentucky is 500 miles away so Janice had to be my proxy for each home that I wanted her to looked at virtually. The pandemic and the distance made it a difficult process, and I was not the greatest client. Janice never gave up on me, though, and she helped me to find a great home in a wonderful neighborhood, just 10 minutes and 5 miles from my grandchildren instead of 10 hours and 500 miles.
