Gayle was previously licensed in Missouri, where she specialized in water-front homes and condos at the Lake of the Ozarks. As a Colorado native, Gayle grew up in Canon City and graduated from CCHS. She traveled the country while working for Time Warner and returned home in 2012. Gayle Harp did an amazing job in helping us find and purchase our home. She came highly recommended from friends, and we're so glad we worked with her. She really tuned into our needs, and she answered all our (many!) questions with straightforward, no-nonsense information. Her local knowledge is unbeatable. She really went above-and-beyond, even helping solve an unexpected snafu unrelated to the home purchase. We are so thankful she's in our corner. She made home-buying a joy. Highly recommend.

Questionable ethics. Responded initially, and then stopped. Gayle overestimated the worth of my house 20,000 dollars more than any other realtor in town when she was doing an estimate for the other party in my divorce. After questioning this, she completely stopped communication. After calling her broker (boss), he appeared helpful at first, and then stopped all communication as well. Gayle's estimate was even higher than Zillow's estimate, which most people are aware is always inflated as compared to the true value of the house. Would not recommend this person or business.
