Janice Gayle Harp

Gayle Harp has been a licensed realtor since 2004 and serves as a broker associate with Reeves. She is certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures. Gayle was previously licensed in Missouri, where she specialized in water-front homes and condos at the Lake of the Ozarks. As a Colorado native, Gayle grew up in Canon City and graduated from CCHS. She traveled the country while working for Time Warner and returned home in 2012. Gayle loves that real estate allows her to help people start new chapters in life through changing their current living situations. Whether it's finding the right home for first-time homeowners or using her experience to help homeowners sell their current homes, she is happy to help with it all. She is a proud parent of two, with one son being a Master Sergeant in the USAF and her daughter as a stay-at-home mother enriching the lives of her two grandsons.
