Choosing Jani along with her assistant Samantha Mix, also a realtor, has been one of the best financial decisions that my husband and I have made in the last several years. Not only did this team value our home correctly, but when they put our home on the market, we had three offers in four days, with us accepting a bid higher than the valuation. They had our interests 100%, and we are so satisfied. Working with Jani and Samantha was such a positive experience that our stress level was kept at a minimum. It is worth mentioning that Jani is a skilled negotiator, and that skill was beneficial when dealing with price negotiations, inspections, etc. Their experience is so vast that, for example, when they visited our home in the fall, Jani recognized who had built our kitchen cabinetry several decades ago. Both Jani and Samantha advised us on how to stage our home (with site visitations). Every decision that was recommended by Jani was ethical and right on target. They held our hands all of the way, so to speak, and helped us with all kinds of small details such as finding moving boxes. My husband and I have sold our homes before, but never have we received such professional help as we have received from Jani and Samantha. We did not know either woman when we started this venture, but we have ended up considering these two professionals as friends.
