About Janeth Sears

Janeth Sears is a very successful Realtor(R) with over a decade of experience in Lubbock, Texas. A native of the Philippines, Ms. Sears moved to the US and soon became a US citizen. She earned a BS in Computer Science in the Philippines and an MBA at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Janeth is a multi-million dollar seller year over year, a top producer, and one of Lubbock's most influential realtors. Fluent in 3 languages, Ms. Sears assists first-time and repeat buyers and sellers, as well as investors, from the US and many countries around the world as they navigate the constantly-changing and complex real estate market. She advises clients on tax benefits and pitfalls of real estate transactions using her expertise as the owner and proprietor of a private tax preparation company. Additionally she manages rental properties, her own and those of her clients. Active as a scripture reader and as a singer in the choir at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, where her husband serves as an ordained deacon, she has directed her parish's campaign for the annual Diocesan Catholic Appeal to achieve its year-long fund-raising goal in a single weekend. Along with her husband, Ms. Sears has served on various Diocesan committees and organized and hosted fundraisers benefiting the building fund of her church. She has hosted religious sisters from Lubbock and elsewhere for religious retreats at her home and routinely provides tax preparation services without charge for priests and religious sisters throughout the Diocese. Ms. Sears is an active member who has served as an officer in the Filipino-American Association of the South Plains, which promotes and supports business interests, education, and enculturation for the Filipino community in and around Lubbock, and in the Serra Ministries of Lubbock, which supports and promotes religious vocations within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lubbock. She is also a world traveler, visiting a number of countries where she observed developing trends in the real estate markets of Europe and Asia.
