ZillowVERIFIEDI rarely ever write a review, because I never felt like anyone has gone above and beyond for me. Well, that's different with Janet. I am a recent college graduate and my father wanted me to invest in property, so on July 4th a holiday my dad told to look for a house and reach out to a realtor, so we called I believe a general number and no response, but almost within the first hour Janet reached out and answered the phone and booked times for the next day to tour some houses. She was extremely knowledgable and my father was impressed which is rare. Within that day we found a house we really loved and got a contract going that same day. I was a little stress about the whole process, but within a month we got the house purchased and moved in. Janet told me she will treat me like her own children and she did just that. She has been honest throughout the whole deal, knew exactly what we should negotiate for and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Even now she manages to show appreciation a month after finalizing the purchase. I highly recommend her, she literally called me back on a Holiday. I would never do that lol.
