Make sure you have a verified approval letter. Work with an experienced agent familiar with the area.

Remove clutter, do as many updates as possible, and make sure your home shines for all showings. First impressions do matter.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Young singles, young families, transitioning families, widowed, divorced, divorcing, just about everyone.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold the home of a couple that I had worked with years before in buying their first home. I had remained friends with them and had the pleasure of watching their family grow over the years. It was a challenging sale and the sellers had been transferred out of state. Nonetheless, we got it done!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I had sold my antiques business and wanted something new to do. I had always loved looking at homes and new areas so I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have taken a number of classes to earn my certifications. I am a certified distressed property expert, master certified negotiation expert, certified luxury home marketing specialist, certified divorce specialist, certified investment agent specialist, certified real estate probate specialist, have studied 1031 exchanges, and I'm currently working on property management.
