I am a Caring Professional Realtor putting my clients interests and goals over my own. I consider that the educational courses and direction of my career has always been to get the most knowledge to better service my client about their questions, and their concerns. For example, I took the SRES courses to help my older clients pick the right situation for them, ie community and layout designs to make life easier. I took ABR classes and found that was useful for my buyers. I've been active with Realtor organizations to facilitate my knowledge of market changes and community information to serve my buyer clients on where to live, where the property values maybe increasing/decreasing, where market is a value, and lifestyle needs are important. I have been active in the CRS community for the top rated education for sellers and buyers so I can be a better Realtor to both. My clients say I'm tireles, my research endless and that is who I am. My clients become part of my family, my friends who I feel deserve the same knowledge that I have. With 31 years of experiance, my negotiation skills as well as my market skills are second to none. I work to provide the tools necessary to accomplish the goal- a home found, a home sold. I don't think Real estate is about the houses, but my clients, who will get the advise about locations, schools, and lifestyle needs for the home they purchase or sell.
