As a full time Realtor, I am an expert in my field with much of my business coming from referrals from past & present clients and old & new friends. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I would recommend getting pre approved with a mortgage company as this will be needed when an offer is made. The mortgage consultant will also let you know the purchase amount you qualify for. Get yourself set up with automatic email of properties that come on the market for sale.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I recommend a seller to de-clutter their home inside & out. Keep minimal belongings.
Have a game plan of where you will go once your home is sold.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers, sellers and landlords. First time home buyers, investors & second home buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently listed a home for a young family that I have known for years. They have two small children . We guided through the transaction communicating every step of the way. It was challenging as it was during the holidays. We were able to have a successful closing by the end of the end!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
A friend helped me get started in Real Estate and I have made some great, long lasting friendships.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I was trained by the best in the Real Estate field. I worked side by side with an appraiser as well when I started in the business and this helped me advance my career.
