Jorge was approachable and patient with me, and was happy to answer questions, give insights, advice, and worked within my timetable. I travelled from several hundred miles away and made numerous trips, and each time was a pleasure. Once I found the right house, Jorge and I were able to strategize on how best to make an offer, and he was very helpful throughout the entire closing process. Communication was over text, phone, and email but always whatever worked best for me at the time. I very much appreciated the friendly manner that he conducted himself with. Looking for houses, and eventually closing, never felt like a business transaction solely. I will be reaching out to them in the future for my own real estate needs, and would recommend their agency to anyone in California.

Carol also went out of her way to make multiple well made videos advertising our home that we listed with her to help increase views as well as getting our house sold in a timely manner!!! Carol also made suggestions on what we can do as the seller to help sell our home quicker!!! She came prepared when we first met with prices of other homes within a 1 mile radius to show us what our competitors were selling their homes for. So after a long talk with my wife we agreed to lower the price of our home to be more competitive!!! This is when we seen more and more foot traffic which led to the sale of our house.
