Janene was my right hand man during the whole home buying process. The lender my husband and I chose put us through every trial imaginable. We originally wanted to buy land and build on it but the week of closing the lender said it wouldn?t work due to very stupid reasons so we decided on a Tuesday to throw in the towel on the land and we had Janene send us a list of pre existing homes. On Wednesday we picked out the house we wanted to go see, saw it on Thursday and put in our offer and by Friday our offer got accepted! From the acceptance of our offer to the day of closing Janene did her best to make everything as smooth as possible! I highly recommend chosing her to be your realtor! She will become someone you consider a friend by the end of the process! We can?t thank her enough for getting us into our beautiful home!
