Janelle has always been so gracious to help out our family and friends that were moving to the area by sending them the email listings with their preferences. Janelle did an amazing job finding us a house in a very competitive neighborhood. One week before we found our house I had given up due to losing out to other offers on the properties we wanted. She talked me through it and told me we just havent found the house meant for us. Wow was she right. I am now so happy we didnt get the others because what we found was so much better. We were looking to relocate from Hilo, Hawaii to Henderson, Nevada and googled aEURoeBest realtors in Henderson NevadaaEUR? and Janelle Pittmans name came up in the top ten. We checked out her reviews and she came highly recommended. Needless to say, we unanimously chose Janelle to be our realtor. As of March 2023, we started our correspondence with Janelle and gave her our aEURoewish listaEUR? in what we wanted in a home. She kept in touch with us throughout our home search from all the way from Hilo to Nevada. We, at the end of June 2024, finally arrived in Henderson Nevada. We met up with Janelle a couple of days later and we were off and running. She did her research, as she already had a working list of homes to view and as such, we found one we truly loved. The escrow process was fast and furious, but Janelle never left our side. We, at one point had an issue while in escrow and Janelle once again stepped in and worked with the escrow company to make the necessary corrections. We were then able to move forward and close on our new home. Janelle is intelligent, personable, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. She has a vast knowledge of the real estate landscape and is an extremely skilled real estate agent. She is above all else, very loyal to her clients. She will have your back no matter what. She is not afraid to do the right thing even if its not the most popular thing to do. We have the ultimate confidence and trust in Janelle and would not hesitate to call upon her again to represent us in any future home purchase. Janelle is our lifetime real estate agent and friend and we would not have it any other way. We highly recommend her to anyone who is in search of their dream home.
