We checked out her reviews and she came highly recommended. Needless to say, we unanimously chose Janelle to be our realtor. As of March 2023, we started our correspondence with Janelle and gave her our aEURoewish listaEUR? in what we wanted in a home. She kept in touch with us throughout our home search from all the way from Hilo to Nevada. We, at the end of June 2024, finally arrived in Henderson Nevada. We met up with Janelle a couple of days later and we were off and running. She did her research, as she already had a working list of homes to view and as such, we found one we truly loved. The escrow process was fast and furious, but Janelle never left our side. We, at one point had an issue while in escrow and Janelle once again stepped in and worked with the escrow company to make the necessary corrections. We were then able to move forward and close on our new home. Janelle is intelligent, personable, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. She has a vast knowledge of the real estate landscape and is an extremely skilled real estate agent. She is above all else, very loyal to her clients. She will have your back no matter what. She is not afraid to do the right thing even if its not the most popular thing to do.
