We used Trupti as a realtor for the house we bought. We booked a viewing on Zillow to see a house and got connected to Trupti. She showed us 5 houses and we closed on the last one. She has good experience, good connections and will be looking out for places for you in the target area and outside of it. We could tell that she was definitely working very hard as many times she would take calls late at night or respond to emails in the evenings. She was willing to help us with offers even though it was highly unlikely that our offer was not going to win. With her experience, we found that she understood the market and provided pretty accurate advice on how to move forward. Also, it was great we did not need a contract to work with her, but she found the house for us, so she got the deal. As much of the communication was over text, the only feedback we could give is that sometimes the text messages could have been a little more descriptive and precise. When we were able to talk over the phone we were able to clear up our questions.We actually ended up with a house slightly outside our preferred area, as we couldn't really afford houses within our preferred area.

Trupti worked for a period of around three months to help us buy our house in the bay area. It was a great experience working with her. I would give her a 5 star rating on all the following aspects:1) Knowledge - Trupti is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market trends. She gave us very practical guidance on what to look out in a house when buying: how to read home evaluation reports quickly and find red flags, expected expenditure on fixing a house, how good are the schools, what amenities are available for kids in an area etc. Most importantly, she was pretty spot on in her guidance around how much to bid for a house.2) Responsiveness - Trupti responded to all our queries promptly. About three months ago, we purchased our very first home in south bay with Darcy's help and would like to note how phenomenal she was. Several things make her an excellent realtor, especially for working with first-time homeowners: 1) She's extremely well-connected and has great local knowledge. In fact, a large fraction of the sellers' agents we met during open houses had worked with her in the past. 2) She has intimate knowledge of the process : she had us going from knowing nothing about the home buying process to completing the preapproval process, visiting open houses, reading disclosures with confidence, putting together a competitive offer, and so on. 3) She introduced us to a fantastic mortgage lending team at Wells Fargo, who made the process of financing seamless; 4) As a member of the Boyenga team, she has access to an efficient back-office team who can literally put together an offer in hours, which is so important in the Bay area. 5) After we purchased the home, she also gave us great ideas for renovating it (and provided us with contacts of various contractors). In short, she made a difficult process look easy and we were able to purchase a beautiful home at just the right time (before interest rates rose significantly). We were thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend her without hesitation to others looking for a buyer's agent in south bay.
