Her entire career has been devoted to understanding what people want to buy and how to make things sell more easily. She's a 2nd generation Realtor following in her mom's footsteps. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker West Shell, she spent 11 years as a Real Estate Agent for Sibcy Cline(becoming one of their top 5 agents in the company). In addition to her holding her real estate license in Kentucky and Ohio, Janell also holds her Florida real estate license (Gulf Coast/Sarasota area).
