There is absolutely no way I would have been able to get through this process without Adrienne. I relied on her for EVERYTHING from finding a mortgage broker to getting house insurance to setting up the inspector all the way up to following her recommendation for finding a fridge. She (or her showing agent) took me to several viewings and I made 3 different bids on houses before I found mine. Each time she coached me through every single step of the process, gave me information about what to expect, explained things so that I could understand (even the complex inner workings of the crazy, illogical housing market), and helped me craft increasingly competitive (and complex) offers until I finally got my house. Julie is an expert and extremely knowledgeable with selling / buying a home.
