Choosing Maria to be my real estate agent was one of the best decisions I made last year and as part of the home-buying process. Maria is knowledgeable, sincere, smart and detail-oriented. I'm not sure when she sleeps, but she was always quick to respond to text messages, voicemails and emails. I was moving from California to Connecticut - so there were times when we were communicating from different time zones - yet she was always responsive. I was unfamiliar with Silvermine/Norwalk (where I ended up purchasing a home) and her expertise and knowledge about the area was incredibly helpful and reassuring. And her knowledge didn't just include significant aspects, but also "little things" that I appreciated, like where walking paths and dog parks are. It was also very reassuring to have her on my team as we negotiated the sale. She struck the right balance between keeping the pressure on the seller, being respectful and keeping my best interests at heart.
