This was our first time purchasing a home. We thought we could do it ourselves, I did a lot of research trying to figure out how. I found out I was very wrong, and having a realtor on your side is a must. No doubt about that now.We tried working with 4 different realtors before we met Jane, nothing specifically bad to say, but I have difficulty trusting, and I am anal retentive, so I kept looking. Then we found Jane. As soon as I sent my first email requesting info on a property, she answered immediately, and it's been that way the entire time. I selected Jane based on all the excellent reviews. She not only exceeded all my expectation, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants to either list or buy a home in NJ. From the time I met her, I was very impressed with her knowledge and her approach and plan she had to sell our house. She worked with us on every level of the process, even going out of her way to find an alternate residence for our tenant while we worked through out contract. She has a network of contacts of all service providers who are available if needed to get through the inspection process.
