Jane Clark and her associates just sold our house. They did this in March, 2023, which was during the difficult time period when mortgage rates were very high. We were very pleased with Jane from the beginning to the end of the sale. Setting the asking price was the first major step. Jane was exhaustive in her research of the market and we settled on a price that remained unchanged during the whole process. She then engaged her extensive network, which eventually resulted in a sale to an out of town buyer. Our situation involved a couple of unique circumstances. The first was that the layout of our house was somewhat different from similar houses in our area. Jane had a knack for presenting our house in an attractive manner. The second was that before we signed the contract with Jane, a friend said that he was not interested in buying our house. However after we signed the contract, he came back and said he was interested. This presented a somewhat tricky ethical question. I discussed this with Jane, and I was very impressed with how she approached this in a most ethical and professional, yet sensitive, manner. I realized that Jane was someone we could trust implicitly. After a contract offer was begun, Jane?s staff kept in touch with us every step of the way. In summary, my wife and I highly recommend Jane and her associates. We ended the process in a far better emotional and financial position than we could ever have been without them.
