When I first moved to North Carolina I knew no one in the area, and on a whim I selected a realtor that was located close to the apartment I had been renting. My luck couldn't have been better finding Jane. She is very knowledgeable of the area, works very hard for all her clients and she made the whole home-buying experience very pleasurable. The home I ended up purchasing was not even on the list of homes I had been looking at online, but Jane found it and thought it would be a good fit, so I have her to thank for my time spent there.Fast-forward five years and I was relocating out of the area and I had to sell my house. When it came time to find a realtor there was no doubt in my mind who I would call upon, and not only was Jane available again, but she even remembered the details of the house without even coming over to see it. Jane made my new transition very effortless and took care of every little odd and end that came up while I moved, from finding me a handyman to fix a fence to helping me get rid of a few items that were not going to be able to make the move with me.Not only is this lady a wonderful person to work with but she was able to achieve very positive results on both ends of my home-ownership in the area. Anyone who lives in the Garner/Raleigh area who is looking to buy or sell a home should definitely consider Jane as their realtor. Everything about the experience of working with her was positive, from her wonderful personality to her knowledge of the business, and her absolute commitment to her clients' best interests.

Jane was extremely prompt and prepared for our first meeting. She quickly made suggestions on a few small things that would be helpful in the sale of our home. Also, helped give us info as to how to handle some of the items and several ideas of those who could help us. Our home went under contract in less than a week after listing it. We ended up moving to another state while final repairs/touchups were made so Jane and her team took care of scheduling... and all documents were handled by Jane and emailed to us... Jane went above and beyond to help out even running some tedious personal jobs for us to help us to get the things we needed to complete our transition to a different state. One of the things that were an above and beyond blessing was Jane helped in getting the piano movers in to move our baby grand piano out. She has an incredible array of strengths and talents and a huge heart also. I have come to think of her more as a family member.

Finally getting around to doing something I should have done a while ago! At the end of March, my husband and I moved from the small house he bought as a bachelor because we literally had no room left after our son was born. As someone who has only moved to and from college, I had no idea how much actually goes in to buying and selling a house and moving into a new one. I also have zero idea how we would have done it without Jane Compton Ball and the Be Home team. From the minute I texted her to ask for her assistance, she made it her mission to find the perfect home and to sell our HOME for a price and at a value that left us feeling positive, somehow, about moving on from the only house that felt like it would be home. The house where Jeff and I started our relationship, began our marriage, and the house we brought our son home to. (And this isnt a unique situation. She was doing this x10 concurrently. And shes a mom of 3. I dont think she sleeps ??).In a nutshell, if youre even CONSIDERING buying or selling, talk to Jane. Let her share information about the area, the market, and her experience. You wont find anyone else that either knows more or can figure out the answer to something they dont faster than Jane Ball.
