Greetings folks! Just a quick background for you all. I am in the business almost 30 yrs now. Working as a full time agent, available everyday except for Sunday mornings/ and some holidays. My specialty is working with seniors and first time home buyers. At one point in time, I decided to open my own brokerage, so I took the Associate Broker classes and earned that title. Let'ts put it this way, if I had another house to sell, I WOULD NOT HAVE JAN WILLIMS as the realiter. She did not listen to me, Jan even told my neighbor, even thou I told her no several times, she did know why I didn't want to buy the mobile home in Middle River, I was interested in moving closer to my son in Cecil County, Not a good experience.
