My first impression of Jan Swift was a very good one. She will treat you like family, which ended up being a correct assumption. She worked for weeks and weeks trying to find us "Our Perfect Home", working from daylight til dark. I do not jest on that comment. We looked at so many homes that I was beginning to think it didn't exist. Then this one day, we walked in the front door, I looked at Jan and said, This is it! She laughed and said, don't you want to see the rest of the house? The more I saw the more I knew, this was it. After bringing the family back later, they saw my face light up when we turned down the street and the closer we got I was like a child at the candy counter, I just couldn't wait for them to get out of the car. After we walked in, they also said, this is it! We had alreay been approved at the bank for the amount we needed but that was just the beginning. The bank and I wish I could tell you which one NOT to use, started calling or emailing numerous times a day wanting what they already had. We were about ready to throw-in the towel but Jan said, let me handle it. WOW, you would be amazed at what all she went through but she did it.
