I love everything this city has to offer and the family-oriented activities that are available throughout the surrounding areas. I recently found my desire and love for real estate while assisting my family friend in the real estate business. The love and impact that goes along with being a realtor continues to fill me with complete passion and drive, which led me to join the real estate profession. I strive to provide the best service alongside the best team in the Jacksonville area. My past and current transactions consist of first-time home buyers, military relocation assistance and also, selling residential property. There is not anything I would not do to ensure that each family is served with nothing short of professionalism and the highest ethics. When I am not serving my community with home sales or deployed, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Devin Rice and our boys. With a family of all boys we are completely busy throughout the year with different school activities that comes along with being parents. We enjoy family vacations, spending time on the soccer field for any of the boys' soccer games or simply spending time at the Jacksonville Beach during those relaxing summer months. It is very important to have a professional and knowledgeable agent that represents you and your family that can assist with the entire home buying process to ensure you receive the best deal in your home buying transaction.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
It is as important to have an agent to represent you and your family for selling your home as you will have a much broader and the best marketing for your property on all national websites. An agent will ensure you receive top dollar during the negotiation process with your home.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with Military, veterans and also Jacksonville natives who aren't affiliated with the military.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite sales was with my Whisper Glen property. This couple reached out to me on Facebook and was a complete pleasure. They have been trying to purchase in the past with a previous agent but weren't successful due to the lack of commitment the family received from their previous realtor. From the beginning to end of the entire process, I ensured that I was there to help their family reach their goal as home owners. This family was very persistent and attentive with everything in regards to their pre-approval to purchase. Once everything was inline and ready for buying, I then took this family to shop around for their very first home. After viewing multiple properties, this family selected the perfect home and we submitted an offer and was successfully officially under contract. On closing day this family was such a pleasure and I was more than happy that they've trusted me to be part of this very monumental moment for their family! I love my job!!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I recently joined the real estate industry almost 7 months ago! I assisted my family friend in his previous sales and transactions and enjoyed the entire experience of helping the community complete their goals as home owners and sellers finally being able to move onto their next property after selling. This gave me the drive and motivation to also be part of this amazing industry to further my knowledge and education as an agent myself and to continue helping others!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have special education in the Military Mortgage Bootcamp programs and courses and also general NEFAR education with residential sales that has continued to keep me abreast and ahead in this ever changing industry.
