I cant thank Jan enough for everything shes done for us, especially with the added challenge of me being deployed. Buying a home is already stressful, but being away made it even more difficult. Jan went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible, constantly keeping me in the loop, answering my questions, and advocating for us every step of the way. Words would never be enough to describe the level of attention, care, understanding, accommodation, and time Jan and her team put in to each of her clients. While this wasnt my first home buying experience it was hands down the most satisfying and memorable one! Ive worked with Jan years ago and she still gives 100% its honestly so refreshing. Not a single time did I not feel less important than any of her other clients. I honestly have no idea how she does it so flawlessly. She made it so easy my husband (his first home) said I was just dramatic about my previous home buying experience ??. After our first few viewings she paid so close attention to everything we said and was able to immediately identify homes we would love. Her and her team smoothed out every possible roadblock or bump before I could have a proper breakdown. The home we chose has been a dream come true and more than I could ever hope for! I feel blessed everyday and she was my fair god mother who made it happen. Every single aspect of the journey was enjoyable. Even the day of signing she made sure to go out of her way to make it feel even more special. I know even though we found our home I could still reach out and I would still get the same attentiveness. Seriously I could go on and on how great and wonderful she is. Beyond words.

Jan was professional and efficient from the start. As someone who is more hands off when it comes to these things, she was very patient while I tried to get my husband on the phone and ensured she communicated with both us so that we were all on the same base. She responded quickly and followed up often, giving updates and guidance during the process. The only time I felt nervous was during the negotiation process but my husband reassured me that we will be okay after she explained certain things to him and we trusted her wholeheartedly in her assessment of our situation and what we needed to do in the moment. The only reason I didnt give a higher rating in the negotiation skills is because I was not as involved in those conversations as my husband was. I highly recommend Jan and her team for your home selling or buying needs. You will not be disappointed.
