She spent two days with me, my dad and my stepmom looking at about 12 different places in Tucson Estates, Copper Crest and Foothills II (Tuscon Estates II). Although I fell in love with one place in Copper Crest, our bid came in second which actually worked out for the best because my husband and I got a better deal and more of a house waiting for a couple of more weeks! We closed in December without my husband even seeing our new place and when he finally saw it in March, he told me that there is not one thing he does not like about it! Jan was wonderful to work with! She took the time to explain things, and to let me know about the good, the bad, the ugly! We were able to close and my husband and I didn't even have to leave Colorado to travel to Tucson to do it! It was simple and painless! We are excited for retirement and to spend time in our new home in Copper Crest, Tucson, AZ thanks to Jan!
