Jan promptly responded to our first call about the possibility of selling our mother's home, as we had not decided at that point what to do. She did a walk through with us and gave us tips on what we should and didn't need to do to get the house to sell. We told her we would call her if we decided to sell. She did not contact us again or pressure us in any way, which was much appreciated as several needed to agree on the decision. When we called Jan to let her know we were ready to sell the house, she moved quickly! The house was on the market in just a couple of days, viewable online and a lock box was put on the door. She was in touch with us quite frequently both by phone and in sending online reports of how many people had clicked on the house on the website and how many viewers took the"tour" online besides how many people saw the house in person. She did such a wonderful job. She informed us of four interested parties in the first 7-10 days! We received two offers, one cash and one traditional. Jan kept us informed of where the others who were interested were in their possible purchasing process. We accepted the traditional offer which was at full asking. Since we were selling "as is", we were thrilled to not have to negotiate. We also had the closing in just a little over six weeks from the date we put it on the market! We could not speak more highly of Jan and the services she provided. She is professional, friendly gracious, and quite knowledgeable on all aspects from preparing a house for sale through the closing process. We would highly recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy or sell and already have!
