We had a wonderful experience working with Jamis! This was my first time buying a home and I was worried it was going to be scary and stressful. Before we moved to Portland, we wanted to buy a house. We interviewed MANY real estate agents in the area, but it was Jamis who really offered what we were looking for. We asked over 10 questions, not only about her experience but about the entire process. Out of all the agents, Jamis nailed it every single time! She answered all of our questions, even the ones we didnt know we needed to ask but were crucial. We trusted Jamis' skills and ability so much that we even put an offer on our house sight unseen! Her negotiation skills were amazing, especially during the tough market in 2021. Our home had multiple offers, and we came out on top, thanks to Jamis. I personally deeply appreciated and respected how Jamis kept us within our budget. We had bad experiences with MANY other agents who tried to push us to pay more so their commission would be higher. These agents were rude, disrespectful, and cocky. This was NOT the case with Jamis! To this day, my husband and I trust Jamis very much. She is a wealth of knowledge, not only in home buying and purchasing but also in the confusing rental market and being a landlord. When we bought another property out of state, Jamis was still kind enough to keep the door open for advice. Jamis cared about us all the way and went above and beyond ANY other agent weve worked with. We only wish there were more dedicated, professional, diligent, intelligent, and responsible agents like Jamis in this country. When we sell our home and purchase again in Portland, we will not hesitate to do it with Jamis, because she truly had our best interest at heart. There isnt a perfect word that describes Jamis. INCREDIBLE? AMAZING? SPECTACULAR? Jamis is all those things, plus more, and choosing them is the ABSOLUTE BEST DECISION ONE COULD MAKE. Where could we (Brett and Gigi) even possibly begin? We were first-time homebuyers, with a lot of firsts. Out of those firsts, we knew choosing our realtor was a huge decision. And by choosing Jamis, we made the best decision possible! There was a lot that we didnt know and didnt prepare for, but they made it happen for us. Jamis is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, kind, genuine, patient, understanding, and always radiates an energy so beautiful that made our hearts feel whole. They show it in how they treat their clients. Always going above and beyond. We never felt like just a transaction to them: they never pushed us towards anything we werent comfortable with, but rather guided us and helped us as a true friend. From the beginning, we could tell that Jamis is a great listener and really wanted to understand our needs. The whole process was made super enjoyable because there was NEVER a dull moment. Their joy shined in how they interacted with us; from the first phone call until now. Excellent communication in all forms as well: phone calls, texts, emails, etc. Even after move-in date, Jamis continued to support us, check-in with us, and just see how we were doing, simply because they cared. We plan to continue going with them as our realtor for any and all future home purchases/sales. If theres any part of you considering going with Jamis, just do it! You will not regret it!

Jamis was amazing at keeping our stress levels under control. We were living in Portland, buying a house in New York, and they helped us have an accepted offer on our Portland home the day after our first open house. We had to move before our house went on the market in Portland and we felt 100% confident in leaving them to handle everything. I felt guilty being unable to take care of everything I wanted to before I flew out to NY for good and Jamis took care of all my loose ends with no issue. Their instincts were so good they helped us receive a better offer on our home without us even having to do anything. And I won't even go in to how tenacious they were even when the buyers' escrow company experienced a corporate-wide, week-long computer shut down. I could go on but the bottom line is - Jamis is a joy to work with. They have a positive attitude, know the real estate business and market inside & out, and have surrounded themselves with a solid team to get you any help you may need. My only regret is not getting to spend more time with them!
