We bought a house in Lakewood from Jamie Yiang and her team. They lied to us about and never disclosed the facts about solar system, we found out afterwards solar lease plan can not be cancelled under any circumstances. Solar company said buy out option is only available otherwise 20 year term is in place. They bought the house as foreclosed for a very low price in October 2020, and without doing any major renovation sold it for $270K over the purchased price. We only found out some of the major problems during the home inspection, they never disclosed other issues and kept pushing to close the escrow as they lost their only offer after being in the market for 35 days and no back-up offer. We are very unhappy about this deal and their unprofessional manner, strongly recommend to stay away from her business and her team if found them as listing agent.
